You can create 45 degree walls by starting a new building at a 45 degree angle from the initial building.
And i don t know of a way to fill in the rest of that roof.

You can make a custom roof by covering the surface of the roof piece that has the angle you want with pieces that have the texture color you re interested in.
I always end up with parts that are just a bit too long have the wrong angle or clip through other parts making my roofs look odd and un natural.
Or are there only certain combinations regarding angle and lenght of corners and roof tiles that fit nicely.
Check the box to turn angle snap on for simpler and more consistent building.
