Rogue sells a bolt down kit for the s 2 which looks like it would work.

With a concrete bit drill pilot holes into the cement or sub floor.
Since it would be solely used bar work i would think that the weight alone would be sufficient to hold it in place.

It was fun i imagine this this rogue rack will be much simpler to install considering its base mounted to a solid track already.
